Meet NAIIA member, Preston Reynolds, Director of Catastrophe Services at Hausch and Company. Preston has been in the industry for 15 years and joined NAIIA to network with other independent firms and adjusters. In his role, he communicates often with independent adjustment firms throughout the country.
His advice to anyone new in the industry is, “Network as much as you can! Our industry seems very large to those new to the claims world and I quickly learned it is much more ‘tight knit’ than it appears.”
Preston’s specialty is managing teams responsible for handling catastrophe claims and working with independent adjustment firms to further service the Hausch & Company client base.
