Rock has been an independent adjuster for 30+ years, providing investigation of a variety of liability losses for insurance carriers, self-insured entities, third-party administrators, and defense attorneys. 

His experience includes investigation of losses pertaining to commercial trucking, automobile accidents, dram shop, heavy equipment, general liability, garage and garage-keepers liability, construction accidents, premises liability, pollution, wrongful death, sexual assault, fatality losses, and locating witnesses.

Rock started his career with Metro Claims Service, Inc. in 1990. Seven years later he founded R.K. Phillips & Associates, LLC, which has been operating successfully for over 25 years. Prior to becoming an adjuster, Rock served in the US Army, where he proudly served the USA from 1984 to 1989, and then served in the Texas National Guard from 1989 to 1992. He was Honorably Discharged from both.
